The outside grounds and pool with ocean views were awesome! The staff were attentive and aimed to please. This is an older resort with visible flaws, it needs an update but most everything that counts was in good order.

We had a good overall stay at this hotel. The staff was truly wonderful—friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist, which made a big difference in our experience. Rooms were great for the price. It is a small resort which many Mexicans also attend so the staff dont all speak English very well which can be diffucult at times. The restaurants arent open all the time so you have to plan. Food isnt great but it was ok. The pools were amazing for kids especially young ones. For a cheap all inclusive I would highly recommend it. If you want a luxury stay, not the place for you.

The gardens were prestine. The views were amazing. The staff were incredibly helpful. The rooms definitely need an upgrade but they did keep them clean.

Clean and well kept property. Food was sub par and tge a la carte restaurant options were a joke and thats being nice. Great pool and beach access. Kids club did not exist even after strong promotuon of this option on the hotel website. Bar options were poor and many of the bartending staff were trained to actually serve drinks. Would not stay again.

We have been using this resort for 25 years because it is small, quiet, great staff, and relaxing. Yes, the property is a bit dated but the rooms are fine and the beds comfortable. We will continue to take our winter vacations here because we are happy here!

Always something for the kids to do. Beach out back was really nice. Rooms are spacey but a bit outdated, especially in comparison to the other adjacent properties. Wouldn’t mind staying here again. Was able to save a few dollars by staying at this property. Staff were always helpful and nice. Loved the surrounding areas of Nuevo Vallarta, etc. All the food eaten at this resort was indeed delicious. Would recommend this resort for others as well!

Nice staff, very friendly, nice area, beach was nice, if you are looking for an affordable all inclusive, and don’t mind buffet dining, kid friendly, this is your place, I would probably not book the cheapest rooms, heard a lot of people upgrading their rooms, including us, balconies poolside is the way to go.

Nice resort pool and room was clean and comfortable although a bit dated. Really nice staff, the beach was nice but could have a been a bit cleaner. The food was definately the down side and was only fair with the exception of a fantastic Mexican dining room. Overall we would recommend this resort with a great location.
