The apartment consists of a room with a king size bed, full bathroom, kitchenette, mats for you to practice yoga in the garden, a small room with a sofa bed and a private balcony overlooking the golf course. You will have access to the amenities of the condominium such as the pools, spa and restaurant*.
All spaces have broadband WiFi, LED lighting and luxury finishes. We also offer you hygiene amenities such as biodegradable shampoo, conditioner and soap, thus supporting the care of the environment.
It is important that you know that all our rooms and common areas are cleaned with biodegradable products, sanitized and disinfected on a recurring basis by trained personnel and with products for professional use, in addition to having the necessary sanitation measures. For Grupo ALPE the most important thing is your health and that of our collaborators.
*If you stay more than 14 nights you will also have access to Playa Royale’s private beach club and El Tigre Sport Club at a preferential rate. Rates will be confirmed prior to booking, and will be in accordance to the club's fees.
Important! Remember that when you arrive at the property, our operating team will give you a card to be able to leave and enter the condominium. This card has a value of $ 500MXN (in cash) which will be refundable at the time of your departure.
It is important to mention that the capacity of the sofa bed is for two guests, we will provide you with sheets and pillows so you can sleep perfectly.
If you need an iron, baby crib or any special item, please inform us 24 hours prior to your arrival and we will do everything possible to have it ready for you upon arrival.
Our neighbors are very important to us so we ask you to be very respectful and reduce noise between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
La propiedad es muy valiosa para nosotros y siempre nos esmeramos en tenerla en excelentes condiciones para que nuestros huéspedes pasen experiencias inolvidables. Obviamente esto implica mucho esfuerzo tanto físico como económico. Te pedimos amablemente que la respetes como si fuera tu casa, para que nuestros siguientes huéspedes puedan disfrutar tanto como tú.
Para nosotros nuestros vecinos son muy importantes. Asegúrate de que tus planes se ajusten bien a las siguientes reglas vigentes para garantizar que todos disfruten de su estadía y se sientan cómodos:
- Por respeto a los vecinos, se deberá reducir el nivel de ruido entre las 9:00 PM y 9:00 AM.
- Las fiestas no están permitidas en la propiedad.
- Por razones de seguridad, únicamente los huéspedes registrados tendrán acceso a la propiedad. No pueden haber visitas o huéspedes adicionales dentro de la propiedad.
- No se permite fumar dentro de las habitaciones o espacios cerrados. Si el personal nota olor a cigarro en los espacios cerrados, quemaduras en las vestiduras, o colillas en el suelo habrá una penalización de $1,500.00 MXN para el saneamiento y la desodorización de la propiedad.
- Siempre se deberá utilizar el timbre de la entrada principal, no tocar la bocina del vehículo.
- Estacionar los autos en los lugares asignados, no bloquear la entrada de ningún vecino.
- No se permiten mascotas.
- Cualquier daño relacionado a la propiedad (blancos, electrodomésticos, muebles, muros, alberca, etc.) tendrá una penalización por costo de reparación.
Todo el staff está completamente autorizado para hacer cumplir las reglas.
