Staff were very kind and helpful. Spoke very good English which was very helpful , and put the air conditioning on in our rooms as they were boiling . The rooms were quite tired and had a smell however beds were comfy , but the bathroom was new and lovely , very good powerful shower , we went to breakfast at 8:30 and there wasn’t any hot food left at all and they didn’t replenish . Drinks very expensive at the bar .

Comfortable room, although small (particularly the bathroom). Good location few mins from motorway made it very convenient to break a long journey. Lovely swimming pool and excellent restaurant.

Accommodate family in 3 rooms. Very nice hotel. Pool was freezing though but children enjoyed it after day in car

Very expensive for what it is

Very basic hotel for the price, needing a full refurbishment. Over priced food in the restaurant, poor choice for Breakfast. Very nice staff...but that is all.

Shower room was awful, no shower curtain was told it was a wet room, however water went everywhere! Breakfast was good , and restaurant served great food. Swimming pool was ok but very cold. Great free facilities like a football table & games machine.

Never again experience

System of Hotels.com is not reliable, since booking was made, confirmed by the website that room is available, and at arrival the hotel was fully booked. On top of that the hotel staff was initially saying it was not their problem , but that they have an IT problem with Hotels.com . After insisting that they should look for an alternative, I first got a proposal to have a room in Dijon , which was the opposite direction of our trip, in a campanile hotel and that we had to pay directly the hotel, ,money from kiriad would be returned later on. This proposal was not acceptable for us, (lower category of hotel room , and no coverage of payments directly by Kyriad) so Ive asked for an alternative , The staff came up with an alternative Novotel hotel in Beaune , and mentioned that the cost off the room was covered by them and as compensation even the breakfast. At arrival the staff from Novotel confirmed the room , without breakfast….. So all of this is a never again experience , and would appreciate a correct attitude and responsibility from the staff.

Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal! Parken gut, kostenlos. Zimmer klein. Badezimmer wirklich winzig und seit den 70er Jahren nicht renoviert, zudem ungepflegtes Badezimmer! Das Frühstücken war ok. Der Pool klein, für Kinder ok.
