Staff are very kind and speak English well. The room was a good size for a solo traveler and was very clean. Highly recommend staying if you are traveling to Numazu.

スタッフさんのホスピタリティレベルが高い

沼津駅から数分で、立地は良い。 部屋は広めで、使いやすい。 ユニットバスではなく、浴室とトイレが別で、浴槽も洗い場も広々なのはかなり快適。 朝食はラストオーダーより少し遅れて行ってしまったが、快く通してくださった。 アジの干物が大ぶりで本当に美味しくて、朝からこんなに美味しいアジが食べれて大満足だった。 クローズ時間が過ぎているにも関わらず、レストランのスタッフさんに色々お気遣いいただき、有り難かった。 レストランのスタッフさんだけでなく、フロントのスタッフさんも清掃のスタッフさんも皆感じが良く、顧客サービスへの意識が高く統一されているホテルだと感じた。 また沼津に来る際にはリピートしたいと思う。
