At the check-in counter, we had three different check-ins going on but hotel was not able to locate the check-in easily. They had to make multiple phone calls to find their booking. "We had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions we had. The ocean view was absolutely beautiful and made our stay even more relaxing. We also enjoyed spending time at the pool, which was clean and well-kept. "Property grounds were nice. Rooms are a bit dated. The TV and telephone in our room did not work. Manager at reception was very accommodating and made our stay much better. The massages were excellent. Highly recommend them.! Wifi is awful! Love the balconies! The other downside is the beach, the beach is beautiful but you have to pay 25$ for 2 chairs and umbrella every day if you want to be on the beach. "The staff here were so kind and accommodating!! Saadia and Julia were so friendly! We had to check in really late and they helped us arrange transportation from the airport and someone was there to let us into our room. We were just steps away from the beach and could easily access multiple restaurants. I would definitely recommend staying here!!"

"Great place but we were there in early June and there was a lot of construction going on everywhere and we might have been the only people in The place. Breakfast definitely leaves something to be desired, it's a good attempt at American or English breakfast but basically it's bread and you can get eggs any way you want. Do you want pancakes you can have honey or chocolate syrup but they don't know what's maple syrup. The food was okay but not exciting and we didn't get out of the hotel much....
