"This is a great location in the central lake area. Close enough to to more touristy areas, but more like a local neighborhood. Near to the Lenno boat which has regular service in central lake area. We had 9 adults, 3 couples and 3 singles, and more than enough room for everyone (singles had their own room) Four floors, with parking and sauna room at street level (basement) with an elevator. "Beautiful property, magnificent lake views from all bedrooms. Excellent location, easy walking distance to restaurants, a main attraction historic Villa, and the ferry. Owner took her time explaining how to get to each attraction, best bakery, recommended restaurants which lived up to the hype, happily arranged water taxi, and was responsive when we had additional questions throughout our stay. Loved it all!"

"Beautiful property, comes as advertised. Stunning views of the lake with central Menaggio only 7 minute drive away. There is also a walking path down to town center. Amazing communication by management - always prompt and responsive. We needed a new set of knives and pasta fork and management brought it the next day. La comunicazione con il proprietario scarsa, le luci dell atrio e del boschetto bruciate quindi risultava inagibile di sera e non in sicurezza. La tv solo in tedesco. "Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa, très bien située sur les hauteurs du lac de Côme avec une vue magnifique ! La maison était très propre et parfaitement équipée, le village est accessible à pied (restaurants, bar et plage en contrebas) et les explications pour y accéder étaient très claires."

"This appartment has a beautiful view of the mountains and lake. It has a beautiful terrace and it is very nice that there is a fence. It’s is big enough for a small family but a bit more cutterly and glasses would be nice otherwise you are washing up right after every meal. The hosts are very friendly!!"

"It was great to look at the lake. Just be prepared for a lot of stairs and narrow streets with a lot of turns. Some of the issues were that there was still some food left in the fridge, the garbage wasn't clean, the hot water finishes pretty quickly!"

"The property was lovely and so nice to stay so close to the lake but also be a 2 minute walk removed from the lake walk. The hotel staff were very helpful and let us check out the evening before so we did not need to rush the morning of our departure to return the keys. "

"We had a two bedroom apartment with the most amazing views over Lake Como. The property owner was friendly and helpful. Every morning we enjoyed a lovely breakfast on the balcony with views of the lake. You have to walk roughly 4 to 5 minutes down to a carpark where you can catch a small train to Bellagio town centre. I would recommend this property to anyone. We found it wonderful. "
