Ich habe eine Nacht hier verbracht. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mein Zimmer war sauber, das Bett bequem. Das Frühstücksbüffet hat mich sehr angesprochen: große Auswahl an allem, was man so zum Frühstück isst, aber nirgends zu viel, so dass auch nichts alt werden kann, dazu guter Kaffee. Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen.

Sauberes Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstück und immer freundliches hilfsbereites Personal. Kurzer Weg in die Altstadt und zum Hauptbahnhof, perfekt für Städtereisen.

Very close to the main train/bus station, shopping, dining, and bier gardens. Breakfast was really good and the lounge was cozy and inviting. Rooms are clean and bed was comfortable. Great hotel and location.

Das Zimmer war geräumig und sehr sauber. Das Fenster ging zum Innenhof raus, was etwas hellhörig war. Das Badezimmer war auch groß und mit Badewanne ausgestattet, der Einstig in die Badewanne war allerdings Kniehoch und ist ggf nicht für jeden geeignet. Unser Wunsch, nicht direkt ein Zimmer am Fahrstuhl zu bekommen, wurde berücksichtigt.

Sauber war's aber das Zimmer, jedoch sehr klein. Nur Badewanne und das Bad auch sehr eng. Das Frühstück war nix besonderes. Wir sind satt geworden aber nicht vergleichbar mit anderen Hotels. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

I didn't actually get to stay here because of a system glitch that occurred in August 2024 when I made the reservation- it was in the Expedia system but not the hotel's. The hotel was fully booked when we arrived and I just wanted to share about the incredible customer service we received. I don't remember the lady's name but she deserves 5 stars. She was very apologetic, ensured we were kept comfortable with water supplied and made numerous phone calls to find out what had happened and then to find us a room with breakfast, at their partner hotel about 5 minutes away, honouring the same price from the original reservation.

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Das Servicepersonal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend, vom Check-In über das Frühstückspersonal bis hin bis zum Zimmer- und Check-Out-Personal. Das Zimmer ist super schön, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat uns super gut gefallen. Ebenso das Frühstücksbuffett mit der großen, vielseitigen und leckeren Auswahl. Das Hotel können wir auf jeden Fall empfehlen und würden auch sofort wieder bei Ihnen buchen. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und konnten auch richtig abschalten und mit voller Kraft jeden Tag in den Tag starten. Der Fußweg vom Bahnhof sind nur ca 10 Minuten, da waren wir gleich noch mehr überrascht dass es so nah am Zentrum ist. :)

Ich hätte mich sehr wohl gefühlt, wenn bei 30 ⁰ C die Klimaanlage funktioniert hätte. Beim einchecken wurde es uns nicht mitgeteilt und beim betreten lag ein Zettel mit dem Vermerk, die Klimaanlage sei defekt. Wir waren nur eine Nacht, aber bei offenem Fenster war es zu laut und der Ventilator war nicht der Erfolg. Ansonsten war wir mit dem Service und dem Frühstück sehr zufrieden.
