"This hotel has taken hospitality to a whole new level. The owner and staff are amazingly helpful, thoughtful and hospitable. I especially loved the small artistic touches in every way - from food presentation to room preparation, and those little jars used for sugar, fruits and all sorts of unexpected stuff. Marko was awesome, he parked our car and made sure we were all set. Breakfast was wonderful and they waited for us to eat long after 11am on both days that we were there. There was a welcome sign with our names, and chocolates waiting on the bed for us, even though we booked 30 or so minutes before arrival! We only wish we had stayed longer. Will definitely go back, if only to be in a hotel where the people genuinely care about their guests, and treat them like Royalty. This place has really raised the bar for the entire industry."
