"Beautiful appartment, everything you wish for is available and the view is great. Even 3 different ways to make your coffee! And you can make your own cake in the oven. The host Guglielmo is very friendly and responds quickly when you have a question.The temperature is not too warm in the summer because of the height in the mountains. It takes half an hour by car from the valley so don't forget anything in the supermarket! But from Porliod, just a few minutes away by car, there are nice hikes higher up the mountains and it's great that you can start from 1800 m. In the valley you can raft, visit castles and the city of Aosta with ancient Roman roads and the ruins of a Roman theatre (and many shops)."

"The house is very spacious, clean, quiet and very comfortable. The hosts are wonderful and very friendly and helpful. Our group of ten people all enjoyed staying in the house very much and would like to come back and stay again in some future year. We were focused on hiking and found the location great for accessing all areas of the Aosta Valley."

"Absolutely wonderful stay. I was mind blown by the kindness and enthusiasm when I arrived a few HOURS early… instead of receiving a typical annoyed response there was a warm heartfelt welcome and joyful notification that my room was ready. The receptionist also gave me a great explanation of things to do in the area along with 2 maps. The housekeeper‘s warmth made me feel like my mom was taking care of me. The man at the reception made my Birthday extra special. How do you hire people like this?! You can’t (at least in my experience). It is a family owned and run business based in a deep service of love that exudes and extends to guests. To continue gushing… breakfast for only €7 extra was wonderful with delicious homemade cakes. The location was peaceful and you can find a large park and walking path by the river only a few meters down the hill. Parking was super easy. I managed to get a spot in the lot directly in front but if that fills up there’s another lot in front just across a not very busy street. The overhead square shower head didn’t really work for me. It was positioned too high and the arm that held it was too long but the hand held nozzle had great pressure and could be adjusted to have a great showering experience. The temps were in the 90s(F) and the AC worked great. I didn’t use the spa services but it would make a great place to stay for a retreat! Highly recommend this hotel and cannot say enough wonderful things about the kindness of the staff"

"Very clean. Perfect view. Discrete owner. No noise. Good inventory.Only point of attention is the distance to walk with your luggage between the parking and the cottage. It might be tricky for older people."
