"Room is clean, staff are very friendly and helpful, breakfast is quite acceptable. Our room had an ocean view. We loved very much the Japanese restaurant in Hotel - excellent Sushi Chef, quality of food are exquisite. We would recommend this restaurant to Japanese food lovers"

"A very clean, safe and nice place to stay. We were a couple with no kids. This place has lots of families and kids. If you’re not a family with kids you might want to look somewhere else. We were also surfers looking to have a break close to the resort. There are a few options here that look really good with the right conditions. Unfortunately we were here when the winds were consistently blowing on shore 20+ kms. We were at the resort end of September. Apparently the winds will start switching to off shore very soon."

"A great base to explore Bali. Rooms were spacious, tidy and the linen was plentiful. Breakfast was a varied spread of lovely options. Didn't eat at the restaurant. Pool bar was great, cocktails were good."

"This is our second stay at a Sofitel resort, and it was amazing just like our first stay. Staff were incredible patient and kind! They were always helpful! The property was clean, beautiful and relaxing"
