The food I tried did not measure up to the price I paid. Beramundi lacked flavor and was dry and chewy. Breakfast was way over priced. It just lacked organization and quality. Egg station had a line, ordered eggs benedict but the eggs were ivercooked and took forever to get to me. I did enjoy the pool access room water was refreshing while public pool the water was luke warm.

Good choice for nusa dua

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel in June 24. The room was comfortable and we chose a pool access room which was a small long pool shared between 4 rooms. The hotel would be 90% booked I would think and it was hard to find a lounge chair by the pool. There should be a designated kids pool and an adults only pool. The breakfast food was adequate with many choices 7/10 The rooms could do with some colour and perhaps a freshen up. Service was excellent especially the bar staff and main restaurant. The mini fridge is terrible it does not cool drinks and is in a cabinet that means it gets hot and the glass water bottles don’t fit in the mini fridge TV faces couch not the bed We chose all inclusive which was good value given the costs of drinks and food. Cocktails were great also especially at the beach hut Great location in the beach Weather has been great apart from a bit windy some days Staff are grest I would come back and stay here for a few day most definitely if coming to Nusa Dua.

After exploring the vibrant energy of Ubud, Canggu, and Uluwatu, we chose MERUSAKA Nusa Dua as the perfect way to wind down, and it did not disappoint. The location is ideal for families and kids, with a beautiful beach and a much more relaxed atmosphere compared to the busier parts of Bali. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Breakfast was decent, though it did get quite packed during peak hours. The gym, while small, was sufficient for a quick workout. Overall, MERUSAKA Nusa Dua provided a peaceful and comfortable end to our trip, offering a great balance of relaxation and convenience. If you're looking for a family-friendly beachfront resort in Nusa Dua, this is a solid choice!

Warmte zoeken in de wintet!

Prima Hotel, mooie kamers, goed ontbijt maar een paar dingen zijn jammer: - vaak geen goede ligbedden te krijgen omdat er al veel gereserverrd zijn met handdoeken etc. - vaak een hoop herrie van de diverse activiteiten , ook van de buren! N.B. Hotel is erg goed gelegen om Bali Collection te bezoeken en straat met eettentjes.

Excellent resort with everything you could want. Gorgeous patrolled beach, pools, dining, shopping in local area and access to water sports. Staff were super friendly, the area in and around the resort felt very safe. Not the cheapest place in Bali but if you want a quiet resort with all the facilities this is it. Would happily go back.

Nice stay

Nice experience at the Merusaka. First, in our room at the ground floor with direct access, from our balcony, to a pool shared with only 3 other rooms (we were always alone in the pool, actually). The hotel has also a very clean beach. A nice walk along the coast goes through this hotel and others. A small outdoor commercial center, Bali Collection, is close to the hotel, 10 minutes walking. The team wished me twice my birthday (in the room with a cake and when dining, the singer of the running show sung "happy birthday" along with waiters :)), and I thank them again for that. Thanks Merusaka team for your help and listening.
