Stunning resort and facilities.. choice of pools and quiet areas.. Large hotel and as result felt it lost any charm or personal touch. Breakfast was example of this.. We were added to table with others no choices due to being too busy, loud chaotic prefer table service..internal places to dine good but very expensive and seem to cater for high volume.. great place if you like busy large resort and are impressed by visual architecture features..

The resort is too big and not enough employees; the staff aren’t too friendly. At the end of the stay, they don’t even bother asking how was our stay there, they just straight to the bill.

For what you pay, the service was extremely average. Forgetting orders, general friendliness of staff was terrible, the bar staff especially are rude and almost came across snobby. I won’t be staying here again, the food was WAY over priced with 95000 IDR Bintangs and minimum 1.5M IDR dinners per head on average unless you eat gorengs etc.

So this review would have been one of 5 stars, However the fact that we booked a room and had the bait and switch done on us at check in was not appreciated. The front desk (check in staff) are quite dismissive and standoffish. When we question why the toom type we paid for and were sold was not provided ? They just said sorry we are busy this is what you get ! How is this acceptable, they just stayed quiet and didn’t do anything what’s so ever. That being said the pool is amazing and the pool and restaurant staff and excellent and went above and beyond to provide a high level of service. But when your check in process is horrible it puts a damper on everything
