"Very hard to check in if you speak English. Hidden entrance to get key to room and not at desk regularly if at all. Finally got a lady who spoke some English and managed to get key but it wasted a few hours of our time "

"Very unique, old building with Renaissance charm. Opportunity to enjoy old time luxury. Very well decorated and close to many charming restaurants. The town is very walkable. The owner and property manager are very friendly and live on-site, making themselves accessible. The only negative was the small shower, but it turned out to be acceptable. "
