"Host was extremely helpful and communicative! We loved the flat and would definitely come back. It has everything we needed and tiny convenience store around the corner as well as restaurants nearby. There was plenty of room for our whole family and great location."

"Communication with the owner was quick and clear. The home was very clean with obviously freshly painted walls and new carpet. The home had all the things we needed during our stay and our family of 6 stayed very comfortably. We were able to walk to many places and grabbing a bus right outside the home was easy. We would stay here again!"

"The property is a few blocks from Paddington Station, which is a central location for the Underground and busses. There were 8 of us in our group and we all had enough space and didn’t feel like we were crowded. There is no air conditioning (which is pretty typical and it was really hot the days we were there), but fans are provided in each bedroom and they kept the rooms cooler while we were sleeping and in the house during the day which was really appreciated and helpful. "My stay in Paddington was nice. The location was ideal, most of the things you needed were very close by. Food, shops, various means of transportation, etc. Only issues I had were, verification of the postal code to find the correct location. The second, there was a horrible smell in the bathroom downstairs, not sure of the source and we were not able to locate it. After letting the place air out for a while, it wasn't as bad. Finally, parking, parking is limited and you have to pay attention to...

"Hotels.com messed up. Was never allowed to check in because the apartment owner demanded to be paid directly and not by the Hotels.com and that is after paying hotels.com upfront. I just want my money refunded. Period. "
