"I can’t praise this place enough. Stayed as apart of our European Road Trip during the heatwave and this place was exactly what we needed after a long day exploring Maastricht. We had the superior room (the largest double that wasn’t a suit) it was decorated perfectly, mix of modern and historic works great.
The whole building is so picturesque!
A/C in the room was awesome, think this was a new addition? - if i have to be picky, the A/C was noisy when we arrived but the dripping/tapping noise soon faded into the background, it stopped later in the night too!
Also the bed was two single beds pushed together with two separate single mattresses, one was on wheels (Wooden floor!) - I sat, i fell straight between them! Wife found it hilarious, me not so much but on the whole, it wasn't a problem. The ambient lighting above the bed was also only half working but again not really an issue for us.
Parking - theres plenty, both inside and just outside the grounds. We didn't use the restaurant but it seemed very popular.
Overall highly recommend! A hidden gem and will be back again some day, but will try and book the suit next time!"
