They only have one choice and asked 20$ for it and you really don’t have other options in the area. They let you pay also the water…the road to come is very bad also. I’d not stay again"

"The bungalow was nice, spacious, especially the terrace overlooking the mountain forest was beautiful. The food was good and we also appreciated a good bottle of wine with dinner. It also has the advantage of being just minutes from the main gate to the national park (Rushaga Gate). The place is harder to find though, more signage would be appreciated. "

"Exceptional – luxury, design & perfect location Chameleon Hill Forest Lodge is a truly exceptional and luxurious retreat near Bwindi National Park. Set above Lake Mutanda, the views are breathtaking and the atmosphere is peaceful and exclusive. The individually designed cottages are beautifully styled, combining artistic flair with high comfort and privacy. Service is impeccable: the staff are warm, attentive, and make your stay feel effortless. The cuisine is outstanding, fresh, and elegantly prepared. An ideal base for gorilla tracking, yet so beautiful it feels like a destination in its own right. A unique, high-end boutique lodge I would highly recommend and gladly return to."

"Nice properly with beautiful green natural surroundings. Staff for dining were very slow. Buffet items were finished or cold when we got there and no effort to refill. Lunch only given choice of a la carte while others had buffet with lot of choice.Hans kept refusing any orders we requested as vegetarian including making a sandwich which despite explaining thoroughly he got it wrong. "
