"The room was decent. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was just ok. There was a bar and pool outside that no one used during my stay. The area is safe and Kumasi Mall is a short walk away where there are many food and drink options, etc. it was around a 20-25 minute taxi ride to the Kejetia area and palace and museums."

"Really clean area and quiet neighborhood. Most of the staff were really nice and welcoming, a few not so much. Really great management and very helpful with customer needs. Restaurant food is overpriced though and takes a while to get your food. Laundry and breakfast service was top notch! "

"Everything was going well until I had an issue at the restaurant. After I paid for my meal, the staff returned without my full change and said they didn’t have any. This kind of situation is far too common and often feels like a deliberate way of shortchanging customers. I wasn’t pleased, and I made it clear that I would have gladly tipped more than the amount withheld. Service providers can and should do better. Customers shouldn’t have to ask for their exact change, no matter how small"
