Our room was on the top floor with a spiral staircase and although a staff member helped carry the suitcase up there was no one to bring it down for us. My 12 year old daughter and I had to carry 2 heavy suitcases down the stairs ourselves. "

Decent breakfast in the morning too! The mattresses in the beds were a bit uncomfortable but not a deal breaker. Cute play area for the kids in the lobby. Would stay again. "

"Unfortunately the front desk was quite unfriendly. It’s also quite loud so I would keep waking up, every time someone was going up/down the stairs or close their doors."
