The overall atmosphere of the hotel is relaxing, and every detail is well taken care of. The service throughout my stay was excellent. The staff were professional, attentive, and consistently ensured that everything I needed was taken care of promptly and with a smile. Overall, the hotel is outstanding in every aspect,comfort, service, and hospitality. I highly recommend it and will definitely return."

"I had a good stay here on my last night in Jordan. The location is perfect to see the main sights. I wish I had 2 days there actually. The room was clean and the wifi was good. No complaints except maybe the smoke smell in hallways. The staff were friendly though."

"Staff was friendly and very helpful. Very good location close to the action in old town markets and famous spots. On the other hand….. fixable problems drag it down. Shower had very little water pressure and it never was above Luke warm - miserable shower. It read also the dirtiest hotel room have ever stayed in. Cleanliness not a priority. "
