"​The location is unbeatable—directly across from the train/bus stations and a mall, making travel and shopping incredibly easy. ​The standout, however, was the service. Marta at the front desk was a lifesaver; she handled our restaurant reservations when our phones failed and got us into an exclusive spot. Her food recommendations were excellent. We will definitely be back!"

"Main issue was the mattress. At the front desk they told us these mattresses have to be used across all rooms and this was a kind of a personal issue. Fine, but I wonder if anyone from the staff tried to sleep on them. It's a bit of hard and very jumpy. If one person turns during the night, the other one would be jumping in the bed. Two sleepless nights for us."
