"Room was clean but it was not as it was showed in the pictures. I asked their room service staff to give us extra towels and they didn’t give it to as and also not clean our room as we were staying for three nights. The breakfast was not good very limited in options and was not refilled. "

"Courtesy and consistency is the name of the game here. That being said, as always the case for the Club Quarters Hotel Central Loop, it was a great stay. Check-in was very swift and purified water dispenser at every floor is an excellent idea. Additionally, there was a business center with Coffee dispenser at the basement floor which we used quite a lot. The receptionist gave us a room with small refrigerator and microwave, we took advantage of having a meal at the room. Looking forward to "returning" for another opportunity in the future. Thank you very much once again!! "
