The room are nicely decorated. Beautiful furniture! Great location we could walk from hotel to the Oak Harbor Music festival. Also several restaurants and stores within walking distance.

Although the property is outdated, and some areas are in need of repair, it was one of the cleanest smelling rooms we've ever had. No musty smell, no over-powering cleaner smell. They did have the window open when we arrived, but even when it was closed, the room still smelled nice.

Our overall experience was great. While the decor and general vibe are straight out of the '80s (as you can see from the pictures), everything else was fine. The bed was comfy and the room was clean. For around $100 a night, you get a microwave, a fridge, and they even provide breakfast—so there's nothing to complain about.

Very polite staff were available to greet me when I checked in. The evening staff appeared to have limited English, but were very courteous and efficient. The morning staff were a little more brisk (I checked out close to the deadline), but also friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortably decorated with antique furniture and had all the necessary toiletries. I accidentally left behind a book in my room and the evening staff were unable to understand my inquiry; I will have to call again in the morning.
