Welcome to What's Up Dock, a beautiful island home just 3 rows back from the beach and just minutes away from a fun filled day in the water and on the sand! When you arrive you can immediately relax as the beds will be made for you prior to your arrival. The beach themed interior reminds you that you are now on Island Time! The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to make your favorite meals with ease. With a connected living room, kitchen and dining room, there is plenty of space for everyone to relax. From the primary bedroom located on the 3rd level (Beach side), you have a nice view of the ocean. The front of the home has 2 decks, one on the 2nd level which is screened in and one on the 3rd level coming off of the living room. Both decks overlook the marsh and canal. It is a great spot to view the wildlife or enjoy your morning coffee/ favorite evening beverage as you watch the beautiful Oak Island sunrise or sunset. There is a private elevator inside the home that goes from the 1st to 3rd level to assist anyone with mobility restrictions or simply help transport the groceries. Conveniently located in the middle of the island, you are just minutes away from shopping, grocery stores and restaurants. *The Oak Island Town Council voted to approve paid parking on the island. The paid parking will be in effect from April 1 through September 30th and the hours are from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Please visit the towns site for details on how and where to secure your parking.

The home has a Guest binder that includes information about the home, contact information, local restaurants, and local activities**
