"Our room was as nice as you would expect from a holiday inn however our door was extremely sticky. Very hard to open and close. It didn’t feel secure and was in serious need of repair. Also the elevator was in need of maintenance. The noises and clunks it made were made into an uneasy joke between everyone on board. The breakfast buffet was good the lady maintaining it was obviously working her butt off. Practically at a full run trying to just keep the food stocked. However she couldn’t keep up...
