"The location of this property is excellent. Right on a cove so you could put in and out kayaks, etc. if you wanted to bring them. Location is convenient to grocery stores and drugstores and a variety of restaurants. The best part besides the location is that I could have my best, furry friend with me"

"The home exceeded our expectations. Beautifully decorated, very very clean, great beds and linens, roomier than expected. The only issue was not with the house, but with the management company. They gave the wrong code to enter and we had to wait for the on site manager to give us the code. The next day they gave the wrong for bike locks and we once again had to wait for the manager to come to fix the issue. Having updated and correct information provided should be high on Vacasa’s priority...

"Cottage is very comfortable and clean. Neighborhood is quiet and in natural surroundings. Be prepared for spotty reception (screenshot access code) but WiFi is excellent in home, so is the TV/music system. Over all, excellent value and great accommodations in a beautiful spot. Only needed it for the weekend, but would book as a destination for some peace and quiet."

"The cottage was perfect for our stay and exactly as listed. The location is excellent, in a nice neighborhood and conveniently located to the many restaurants on Main Street. It’s only about a 50 minute drive to the wineries on the North Fork. Check in was easy and smooth and great communication from the owner. The cottage is located in a beautiful backyard that we were also able to enjoy. Would definitely rent again for a future trip."

"We reserved this day in May and continue to communicate with the owner through early july. On the morning of our stay I contacted him to ask about checking information and he sent me the key code and wished us a great day. 1 hour prior to check in we inexplicably received cancellation of our stay. The owner made bizarre statements about the rbo being monsters and terrible people and saying he would never do business with them. "Overall good experience. There was some construction in progress that was not ideal, but nice to see investment harpooning as well. Would be good to have a guest instruction sheet. But overall a nice place in a great location."

"We had family stay here, one set of family left early in the morning and another later. The owner, who lives in the basement, woke up those staying here on their last day at 4:30 in the morning attempting to get in the house thinking we all had left. Scared my family half to death! Check-out time was not honored. Awful stay with nosy owner creeping around everywhere!"

"This place has perfect location to walk to beach, such a cozy home. Although we came at tail end of the residual storm flow from hurricane Ian, and road was slightly flooded- we we able to navigate easily in our rental car. Gps was not our friend but when i contacted owner he was so nice! When i return to New York i will never stay anywhere else but here again!!"
