"This hotel is great. Great location to our event. Our room was clean and comfortable with all the amenities that you could ask for. Hotel also has a great restaurant attached which was so convenient as we had a dinner and a breakfast. Staff very friendly and accommodating as well. Will definitely stay again."

"Rita, stood out! She was kind, personable, and helpful. The mattress in 714 needs replacing, and the rug on the right side of the bed has a long tear. The hot bar needs to be hot and thee waitress@ the 4th St Bar, on the 2nd floor, with the curly hair is rude."

"We asked to change the towels and the cleaner lady cleaned whole room. We ordered 10 min before kitchen close , and Izzy from the cafe was very nice. We extended a day and the reception gentleman took care very nice and we didn’t have any problem. Overall, they are nice people working there"
