"Friendly and happy staff, new beds, with having a Miller and Carter steakhouse within walking distance. Wide open lounge and relaxing area both upstairs and down. Spacious rooms. Downside - no lifts (pun intended), no small fridge, older and squeaky doors. "

The staff are always really helpful and accommodating, and I've thoroughly enjoyed exploring a number of the different rooms in the hotel in that time.
