The private gravel access road and natural surroundings are part of the mountain experience. Please plan accordingly, especially during periods of rain, snow, or other challenging weather.

📋 Good to Know Before Booking

Maximum Occupancy: The property accommodates up to 20 guests, including children. All guests must be included in the reservation.

Access Road: The home is reached via an approximately ¼-mile gravel road. Please drive carefully, especially during adverse weather conditions.

Parking: Private parking is available for up to 6 vehicles. The garage is used as a game room and is not available for parking.

Fire Pit: Use is subject to seasonal conditions and local fire restrictions.

Security Cameras: Exterior security cameras monitor entry points only. There are no cameras inside the home.
