Rooms is good size but walls are very thin that you can hear every little noice. Breakfast the worst I ever had in any hotel. No service at all during the breakfast. They runout of spoons and forks and had only plastic one. They didn’t clean the tables. Coffee was horrible. We will Never stay again at this hotel.

The courtain was off the track, mud on the bathroom floor, theres a panel under the sink that would constantly fall and make a crashing noise. It crashed down in the middle of the night as we were sleeping. There was a hole in the shower. Yes, a hole in the shower floor. All around the door to the lobby, light seeped in, so the room never got dark at night. It was a very strange stay, especially for a new hotel.

Started with check in. Arrived and we were told that our reservation was never sent to them by Expedia. Took about an hour before it was straightened out. The woman Maggie at the desk was great and extremely helpful. The hotel itself is nice, clean and what you pay for. The biggest complaint besides the check in was there wasn’t much hot water. 2 minutes into the shower and it turned cold.

I arrived pretty late in the evening with my 7 pound poodle. I reserved the room online - non-refundable. After I checked it they slammed me with a $150 FEE for my dog. The website and Expedia site both said “dog friendly” nothing about $150 extra fee that note would have changed my mind. I requested a reversal or reduced amount and kept getting excuses that the manage was not there. I called the hotel after left a voicemail and received NO call back. WOW! What a rip off!
