Pretty good

The place is pretty old but it was pretty clean. It was sufficient for what we needed for a nights stay. We were only there for about 9 hours. It’s renovated into kind of an unusual layout. The owner was great to work with.

Location and description of the amenities was not accurate

Location is 6.5 miles away from Yosemite/Bass Lake compared to where the listing said it would be. Address of the destination provided to us was also wrong. We reached at that address and then had to call to find out where to go. From amenities perspective, dishwasher and towels were missing. The manager dropped off towels later in the night. They moved us into a property next to the one shown in picture which was bigger but not what we wanted. Lighting in the house was also not ideal.

Not as advertised

The property advertised is not the one we were assigned upon arrival. Large house with plenty of room and a deer living under the back deck but the house was in general disrepair (Windows broken, shower handle broken, many electrical outlets not working, one shower head was leaking, other shower head had minimal water pressure, yard not mowed or even moderately maintained) and housekeeping was terrible with hairs on nearly all sheets, blankets, and pillows, along with the shower curtain.

Definitely Recommend this House

The property was clean and well stocked with linens and dishes. The patio was a wonderful place to relax. Great location for large group.

Great location feels many miles out in the country yet in reality you're only a few minutes from tow

Property was as expected much much more room than a couple would need could sleep at least 10 comfortably house was clean sheets and linens were clean all in all it was a very pleasant day
