The house has CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING. Everything in this house is upscale high quality. Newly built in 2019 in an old established quiet neighborhood of Alameda, CA. it is a few blocks from the USS HORNET MUSEUM and the Alameda/Oakland ferry station on Main St to San Francisco.
