Great place for business travellers

Had a fantastic stay here! A huge shoutout to the hotel manager and the crew for making me feel so welcome. The vibe was friendly, and everyone went the extra mile to ensure I was comfortable and enjoying my stay.

Great place to stay

The manager is really nice. They keep a tight ship. No riff raff I’ve always felt safe there. The room was really clean and overall a great value. It’s also really close to downtown Hayward and lots of dining.

Good value in Hayward.

Good size room, comfortable bed, clean, good quality furnishings, plenty of offstreet parking. Close to restaurants. HVAC worked fine and good TV. Friendly and helpful desk clerk, Krishna. Will stay here again, reasonable rate.

A family owned hotel. Always clean. Bus stop and 7-11 right next to hotel. AC, coffee maker and fridge in all rooms. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

You get what you pay for. Property is severely in need of a remodel. Rooms are tired. Many shady people in the parking lot at night. Didn’t feel safe.

The place and location is so nice but their service is so bad shouting at people chasing people without no reason and i dont know if that the manager or one of a worker there indian guy have an affair with a guest there and give her discount but his married and he mad at the girl for bringing another people there and chase them out that's so bad i recommended service is bad but location is good

Should have stayed elsewhere

Dirty. Long black hairs on the old, outdated flooring. Tub was discolored as the finish was coming off. Sink drain did not work. TV was not set up correctly and took a bit to figure out. Bed was clean and comfortable. Fridge was not working properly and would not turn down. Drinks froze. Check in was thru a window as lobby was not open (2pm). Motel is old and outdated. Heater was relatively new and worked fine.
