"Claremont staff were all gracious, warm, engaging, helpful. Interactions did not feel like "corporate cordiality", instead were spontaneous and natural. When we checked in, a birthday card and gourmet cookies and sparkling water awaited us in our room. The room was spacious and well appointed with a fabulous distant view of the bay, SF and Bay Bridge. The spa and club were conveniently located with many fitness options. We swam laps every morning before breakfast."
