This mini paradise is the spot to enjoy the every season. A perfect family and friend getaway! A short walk to the lake to enjoy deep water, dock, swimming and fishing! Enjoy the Wisp only a 15 minute drive puts you at the base of mountain for skiing and golfing! As you enter Timroc II a rustic feel encompasses you. With it's simple decor and all modern conveniences, the setting is quiet, serene and is surrounded by 2 acres of nature. Five comfortably sized bedrooms,sleeps 14, each with large windows letting in natural daylight. First floor master with it's custom tiled oversized shower, hardwood flooring throughout, many sliders for easy access to screened in porch and spacious deck overlooking hot tub area and more nature. A chef's delight kitchen is fully equipped with an abundance of pots, pans and utensils. Plenty of seating at the farm table for those family and friend dinners and an additional breakfast bar. Two decks and plenty of parking. 10 minute drive to several state parks, Herrington Manor, Swallow Falls and Deep Creek Lake State Park. Enjoy the changes of the season with the beautiful, autumn leaves in Garrett County. Finished day lit recreational room with pool table and lounging area. Fourth and fifth bedroom and full bath on lower level.>Once a reservation request is sent, a rental agreement will be sent . No reservation is confirmed until agreed payment is received.

We loved everything about the house. It was clean and had everything that we needed for a wonderful stay. We enjoyed walking down to the dock and jumping into the lake. The fire pit was beautiful at night.

So Quiet and Peaceful

Just a trip with family to get away and spend time together. It was quiet, the home beautiful and clean. Plenty of deer to watch and cute shops just down the way.

Timroc II has SO much to offer!

We had a fabulous long weekend at Timroc II! The property had everything we needed and more. Fun for all ages and plenty of room to spread out or gather in the same area. We will definitely be back for another family vacation

Deep Creek Cabin getaway

Incredibly beautiful property and house! Very nice location with the perfect quiet street right near the water. Open floor plan upstairs and an awesome entertainment area in the basement. Great hosts and an overall perfect experience!

Our Huntley Family Reunion

Perfect Girls Getaway

This is the second time our group stayed at Timroc II for a girls weekend. The house is excellent for a group - great sleeping spaces, and plenty of room to gather. We especially love the large kitchen and the screened-in porch.

Perfect for Family Time

This was a beautiful place to stay with family and friends for a few days. We played board games, enjoyed meals together and spent some nice time at the lake. It doesn’t get much better than that.

Nice stay

Very beautiful home. Great for a weekend with friends. Very nice outdoor space and hot tub. The only issue we had was with the cleanliness. There were parts of the home that were obviously not cleaned as there were old wash clothes, hairs in the showers, and hairs in the bed. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend.

Great house

This was a great house for our girlfriends’ reunion. Lots of space and things to do. Most importantly it was very clean. Only complaint was it said lake view but it was a very limited view. Furniture could be updated a bit and the basement bathroom tub/shower was rusty and old.

Family getaway

This was a great location. Close to the lake, beautiful outdoor location and plenty of room inside. Kitchen was great, everything you could need. The only complaints are there were 2 dead mice in the laundry area ( I know that is a normal issue in the woods) but they were there the day of arrival. The other issue was the smell of the water when showering or washing dishes.

In Between Family vacation

Our family lives in NY and NC. We tried to find a spot that was in between both our states so we would all travel about the same distance. This house was perfect for our size and had plenty of space for us to relax, play games and cook meals together. We enjoyed the hot tub especially since it was chilly and the fire pit. The owners were very accommodating to our needs and went above and beyond in a situation we had.

Shoulder Season Family Getaway

The property was immaculate and provided extensive space and privacy for extended family and their young children. Location of the property can’t be beat as there are activities and attractions in close (within 10-15 minute driving distance) that suit a wide range of activity levels and personality types (adventure sports, dining or pampering and serene nature). It was cold and rainy during most of our weekend stay, but the amount of nearby attractions and cozy activities which were made available through the accommodations at Timroc II ensured everyone in our group had an amazing and memorable stay. We plan to return if and whenever our group may be able to seize the opportunity again. We highly recommend this location and rental property
