"Chestnut Hill was the perfect location for family from different states to reunite back in our hometown. The home was charming, comfortable, and exceptionally stocked to relax, cook, host, and enjoy each other’s company. We were happy to find the place and would absolutely stay again! "

"From the start Sharon was very responsive and the communication was great. She gave us great recommendations on where to eat and what to do in the area. She knew it was my husbands birthday and she baked him a cake and cupcakes and even decorated for him. It was such a wonderful surprise for him and the cake was delicious! "Property is mostly as described. Description should include number of steep steps to access front door. The parking situation is not made clear until check-in. There is one space that is barely big enough for a small car. Also requires backing onto a busy street. Unit is fairly comfortable but could be cleaner, both inside and out. Portable lights over the bed had a tendency to fall and cause some minor injury. Backyard was a plus for those with pets."

"We were in Council Bluffs for a Pathway baseball tournament. We were within 5-15 minutes of every field at which we played. That was awesome! The air conditioning worked well and that was imperative given the heat and humidity!Would recommend more pillows, more supplies (paper towels and toilet paper), and a binder with all the information so we don’t have to bother the owner. Excellent communication and response time to questions."
