It was described as Stunning, Unbelievable, Amazing were just a few words used The photos do not do it justice!! The house was warm and inviting and had lovely cosy areas. The kitchen area became the hub of entertaining as it lended itself beautifully to cooking...

"Filthy dirty.Needed a deep clean .Bad odour as you entered the property. Kitchen oven and extractor fan need serious attention as full of grease and grime which smelt disgusting .Advertised as fully equipped kitchen but lacked items such as colander and cork screw. Glasses needed washing before we could use them. We could only use 2 of the 3bathrooms as the en-suite was full of mould and smelt disgusting. The window surrounds were covered with thick black mould."

Jo answered any questions and also made sure we had complete peace and privacy..... everything in the pictures and description is accurate, although in real life it's better. My only concern is leaving a great review will only make booking again more difficult!"

"The property has plenty of living space and was very clean and tidy. There was ample parking and it was in a good location for getting into Winchester. The bus stop was very close by as well and it was a short bus ride into the city. The purpose of our stay was to see family who had an event at Sparsholt College. This was easy to get to so the property was in a good location for us. The property is close to a road which passes under a nearby viaduct which greatened the noise of passing...

"Tucked away on a quiet street sits a lovely townhouse completely equipped with everything one might need to relax. Sit quietly on the back porch, walk the beautiful garden, or stroll just a few blocks for shopping, dining, or gathering items to cook at home. Your host is very accommodating and quick with a response. I will no doubt book again when I return to Petersfield."

"Absolutely a wonderful home with all one needs for a stay. Well stocked kitchen and ample room. Had a small issue with the heat on first day, but the owner immediately responded and fixed. It is very close to town with a 5 min walk via path. The train light show was very nice. The trains stop at 10 pm so no overnight rumbles."

"We stayed here for a few days after Christmas to be near family members. The rooms were all great size for us and the property looked to have been fairly recently redecorated. Nice quiet residential street, which we were conscious not to disturb too much during our visit. We'd stay here again."

"Place was clean. Close to transportation and shopping. Dishwasher failed after first week and not repaired by the end of the fourth week. Upstairs was loud with loud cracking floors."

"If located at the front of the building, there’s a lot of noise and light from the street and at all hours. You’ll need to bring earplugs and eye mask! Also, be aware that the hot water cylinder only heats overnight, so not unusual to have no hot water in the evenings! Building could do with refurbishment."
