The staff could not do enough , they check see if you need or want anything excellent and gets it immediately vey friendly and respectful The hotel was very busy but the staff looked after the guest ver well This is my 4 time staying and always had an excellent stay ! "Mediocre at best. Some of the staff was a bit on the rude side. The thermostat in the room was fake and you had to use one of those loud 90s style ac units. If the bed was king sized as booked then every other hotel I have stayed in must used California Kings. No complimentary breakfast like most in this price range. The pool and hot tub were great...but could use a re-tileing. You need your room key to use the elevator...which is great for safety, but annoying for practicality. Free parking was good, not great tv...no access to streaming services. Very loud when people went by the door. Some cheaper quality items like the ice bucket...which doesn't matter but was noticed. Overall it was just okay...nothing exceptional but also not horrible. Probably won't be returning as there are better options in a similar price range."

"The hotel staff was friendly, and the breakfast options were exceptional. But I left very frustrated overall and it was not worth the cost. The parking garage wasn’t working when we arrived, which incurred extra fees. The elevators were painfully slow, often leading to 10 minute waits. The room itself was very tiny, making it difficult to manage with 2 adults and 2 young children. Our window was closed off due to construction equipment blocking any view. Then were the neighbours. Due to the poor sealing around the main door, you could hear everyone and everything in the hall; from screaming kids to the party groups. Overall, a very suboptimal stay."
