We absolutely loved our stay. We attended the Cavs game and it was literally a walk across the street. Valet parking was a plus. We did visit the restaurant/bar and the food was great. All staff members were very pleasant. We will definitely be planning another trip soon.

I arrived late. There was no food other than truly inedible stuff at the bar, where the staff did not welcome being disturbed. But the front desk staff were great and the concierge was wonderful! He's what accounts for the five stars

Luxury Loft Getaway in Downtown Cleveland
Wouldn’t know. Waited hours and host never let us check in. Had to book at the comfort inn for twice the price and the staff knew all about it.
