"House was awesome, Host was communicative, view was amazing with the lake, boxing gym had pretty much all you'd need living room was big as well. Only thing i would say is remember to close windows due to the amount of mosquitoes there is at night because of the lake but spiders we're doing their part well in controlling them. Close to town so everything is in walking distance. Would definitely book again."

"We loved our 4 days in Hurford. The place was small but comfortable and set in the most amazing beautiful garden! It was a good base to explore the area, great hiking in the Kataki range, lovely beach at Oakura. Only 20 mins from the Bowl of Brooklands where went to a concert. Highly recommend "

"Stunning location. Beautiful gardens and ‘secret’ pathways. Very quiet. Comfortable beds and powerful shower! Beautiful lounge and dining area and well set up with pool table. Would be great for a group but also relaxing for a couple. Wonderful stay."

"Great views. Bach in fairly good condition. Some small maintenance jobs could be carried out. Would like the heat pump/ AC to be working in Winter/Summer too. Extra outdoor chair would be good. Some pots had to be washed before we could use them. Comfortable stay mostly although the single beds weren't great. Would stay again. "
