"The caravan its self was ok. a little dated and obviously had dogs in there before we were there. However the communication with Linden Lodgings who look after the booking is shocking. I have been trying to get the damage deposit back from them for 11 days now with no communication back at all. The communication with Hazel has been awful from the point of booking. Not picking up the phone nor responding to emails"

"Clean, open plan with lovely bathroom and en-suite bathroom with quality bedding and towels. Lovely setting and hosts were really nice too with great communication running up to the trip. The Christmas tree was a nice touch too Description states “the fireplace is a top feature of this holiday home” … where there isn’t actually a fire at all. "Excellent value for money. Comunal kitchen so great ifvyou would like to grab a take away from the many places around the corner. Only thing i would say is a lot of road noise in the room however they do provide earplugs which help. Overall very happy. "
