"The photos do not match! The hotel is genuinely in need of renovation. Stepping out of the elevator on the second floor, you could easily fall. The shower hose was broken first first day, so we were unable to take a shower; consequently, the bathtub had not been cleaned either. There was no shampoo. Businesses should operate honestly and issue refunds for services that were not provided; we are entitled to a refund for that one night."

"The location is great woth 2 metro stations near by. Walking distance to lots of restaraunts and a Monoprix down the street. The mini bar in the room is super nice and the snack bar in the afternoon/evening was fun. It was great to come back at night and have a cup of coffee and snacks before heading to bed. Only downfall is the road is busy but eventually settles down. "
