"The place had a nice kitchen, small but well supplied with microwave, toaster, etc. Bedroom and bathroom was small, up a narrow spiral staircase, which was ok for one night. Everything very clean and well stocked. We were able to find a Subway open a few blocks away at 2:30 am for a late night arrival snack."

"The apartment is very nice with a well-equipped kitchen, although it is only equipped with a drip coffee maker and no way to make espresso. The area is great with lots of coffee shops within a few blocks (Dunno a few blocks away was my favorite). High shower pressure. Unfortunately, I had consistent intermittent internet outages throughout my stay and Fliphaus did nothing to resolve them and ignored emails while being unhelpful in response to Whatsapps. "DO NOT make the same mistake I made and stay at this property unless you have no issue being unable to gain access to your apartment and want reliable internet. It's also directly next to about 3-4 schools for children. So if you like screaming kids all day this is where you want to spend your time in Buenos Aires. The mattress is also very old and doesn't have mattress protector. If you like a host that lies and makes excuses for everything, you need to book this apartment. RUN!"
