"The pictures looked great, the rooms did not match the pictures. One room was pretty musty and dark. The room we stayed in had no hot water in the shower and it took 3 days to fix. They offered to change the room but that room had steep stairs to get to single bedroom down stairs and we had paid for a two bedroom. They should have made sure the shower worked before we arrived. They also required payment on arrival instead of at check-out. There are no cafes walking distance, and long waits for...

"The room 3 is a good size, with a comfortable queen bed and a window (I noticed other rooms without a window). There’s drinking water in the lobby with a seating area and a mini fridge (our food was taken with no notice though, so maybe label it?) The bathroom is not fully closed off and private; the top part of the door frame is open to the bedroom, if that’s a dealbreaker for you. Shower is not separated so the whole bathroom gets full of water when showering. But showers do get very hot...
