Wonderful stay

Good location, walking distance to Soledad cathedral, zocalo, Santo Domingo, November 20 market and other sites. Clean and large room, beautiful courtyard, and wonderful experience with staff. Thank you, Luis, for being so helpful, it made our stay excellent. Hope to be back in Oaxaca, and would definitely stay at this hotel.

The location is great, very walkable to Zocalo. The property itself is getting older so its not as new. The hotel rooms are loud, you can hear cars and people talking outside of the rooms. The staffs are great and very helpful. The only complaint i have with our room is the sink was very smelly everytime water goes down the drain. But overall, it's a decent place for the price.

The service people up front were very attentive! The air-conditioning worked great and hot shower with great pressure on demand. This is a older hotel that has had its amenities updated but still has the old-Mexico appeal. The rooms are quiet away from the crazy night life. I would highly recommend this hotel to travelrs.

Manager, and all other staff were great. Very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean. Housekeeping cleaned every day. A/C, hot water , fresh drinking water were all accessible. First time in Oaxaca city , and their hospitality and attention was exceptional. This place is a stable for me moving forward for sure. Price for my entire stay was fair.

Great spot to stay! Staff is amazing all around - Luis at the front is super helpful, kitchen staff, housecleaning, front desk - everyone goes above and beyond to serve you! Simple rooms, very clean, no bells and whistles but great interior, location is walking distance to main part of town and across the street from a market, bank and restaurant. Would definitely return!

Very clean and spacious room, excellent service especially receptionist Luis was extremely helpful and caring. Close to downtown, a bit noisy due to a busy road in front of the hotel, earplug’s recommended. Beautiful courtyard.
