This is a beautiful property in the historic district or Oaxaca. Walkable to the zocalo, museums, galleries and restaurants it is a very convenient location. The staff is friendly and available and the property is clean and maintained. We have sayed her twice and enjoyed it each time. Recommended.

Typical Oaxacan hotel with outstanding bed

Loved my two nights at this cute hotel with excellent bed and cushions. Very central but my room was calm (23). The terrace was lovely and we could hear the birds in the morning. Mario was super friendly and all the other staff members as well. I only wish I'd spend more than two nights. Only downside was the water pressure in the shower, too weak I hope they can fix that.

The staff where very friendly. However although we had breakfast included we only were able to use this service 2 of 5 nights. Initially we were told we didn’t have it then we were but the kitchen wasn’t always open before we had to leave. Also slightly annoying we were only allowed water for the day we checked in after that we were directed to the sofa machine to purchase it. It would seem to me that you would get water each day.

Cuarto demaciado pequeño caliente, no tv, no fan, poca luz, baño compartible malas condiciones, 25 minutos para obtener unas pequeñas gotas de agua en regadera. Escudado super chico. Un pequeño lavamanos compartible para 3 cuartos. Tener que salir al patio para usar baño. Personal es muy amable, pero no volvería a reservar en este hotel por las condiciones.

el servicio es pesimo, las personas que atienden son groseras, no hay estacionamiento y lo mandan a un estacionamiento y dicen que si no hay lugar es nuestro problema, que nosotros lo resolvamos. cuandpo hice la reservacion no me comentaron que no habia baño en la habitacion, tuve que pagar 400 pesos extras diarios para que me dieran una habitacion con baño. la verdad la experiencia fue horrible primero con el estacionamiento externo que se llenaba y ya no habia cupo y la otra que cobran como si fuera un hotel de lujo y la verdad las instalaciones son muy sencillas.
