Execelente servicio

Un hotel súper acogedor, el personal es simplemente super atento, limpieza excelente, las suits son de un muy buen espacio y cómodas, todo funciona, un 10/10, sin duda cada vez que venga a Oaxaca será nuestro hotel de preferencia.

The staff are very accommodating and quick to address your needs. It was very clean and quiet and the rooms are an excellent size! With buetiful views of the mountain and valley. It's does seem to be a bit ruff round the edges but like I say it's very clean and very well priced for the area. The only thing we didn't like was that the shower would be cold untill 6:30pm onwards. We would most definitely stay again due to the fantastic staff, cleanliness, fantastic room size and views.

Let's suppose you needed a lavoratory. Recently you used the one next door to this one. Lavoratories usually are about 6 Pesos. This one, 20, and the one before, 17. But the first one had heated seats, music, Smart TV, etc. So, I paid up to get the TV and I requested "quiet." My "stall" had a polyethlene partition between me and the other "guests," (I went to sleep when they stopped chatting and turned off loud TV. Likewise, I got up when they did.) A compound of dogs next door made "quiet," moot. But,..worse was NO internet in my stall. It seems the only service is a column up the center of the bathroom. I later spent 5 hours on a slate slabe alcove watching the games I CAME TO SEE. Of course I complained, and even asked for half my money back after the first day. ...No response from hotel or ORBITZ. You see the toilet overflowed and evidently it was incumbent on me to clean it up.

Everything was excellent! The rooms are spacious, great bathroom with lots of hot water,. There are patios off the rooms that are great for sitting and relaxing. The building itself/property is just beautiful, lots of style. In a great neighborhood! It’s the 2nd time I’ve stayed there! There is even a pool!! The bed was very comfortable! I love the place!!

The best part was the solar heated pool. That's actually VERY rare in Mexico, and we were delighted at the pleasant temperature... in November! Cleanliness, staff, etc were all great. Our ONLY suggestion is to open a restaurant and offer room service, or perhaps an easy way to order locally for delivery. Thanks for a great stay. We'll be back!

La vista es increíble, mucho silencio, un lugar para meditar. Pero las camas son extremadamente duras, las instalaciones no compensan la distancia a los lugares de interés, los medios de transporte al lugar son poco frecuentes y costosos. La zona es solitaria y sin opciones para desayunos o cenas. La atención es apenas suficientemente amable y no saben recomendar la mejor opción de entretenimiento, movilidad y seguridad.

The junior suite was very large and well-appointed. The staff was very friendly and helpful in finding local markets, restaurants, etc. Because if the off season, the hotel did not offer breakfast, and a nearby luxury hotel is the only local option for breakfast. There are several local options for lunch and dinner. The Zocolo is only a 8 peso bus ride, or you can get a taxi for 70 pesos. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for quiet relaxation.

El hotel muy bonito y cómodo, la limpieza y la habitación inmejorables, la atención muy buena, pero el teléfono de la habitación no tiene linea a recepción, es más no hay linea. Por lo que si hay un problema en la habitación hay que bajar hasta recepción. Unos huéspedes hicieron escándalo en la madrugada, azotaban puertas, se corretearon por los pasillos del hotel, etc y el personal del hotel no hizo nada por modificar la situación, ni siquiera hablaron con los huéspedes. No hay servicio de cocina, todo debe comprarse antes de llegar al hotel.

Hotel ubicado en zona residencial exclusiva de Oaxaca, relativamente cerca del centro, excelentes instalaciones, el desayuno de lujo, las habitaciones muy limpias y cómodas. Lo recomiendo ampliamente, vale mucho la pena conocer su arquitectura moderna con toques de la region.
