Obama Onsen Vacations

"Our tatami room was incredibly dirty, dusty and bathroom wS leaking n smelly. Bathroom near dining room, water leaked around the toulet when flushed. Sests stuck to dining room floors because floors were vrimy n sticky. When i showed the staff at the front desk, pictures of the grimy tib, they only apologizedand said the hotel is old. We have stayed in 400 yo lodgings in narita, rome and venice that were clean! I wish i could show u puctures that i took! "

"The Unzen ration is very Sulphur based - don’t smells very bad ! This hotel has amazing gardens but the food is very bad for an expensive Onsen ! We are on a 10 day Onsen trip and this is the worst food we have eaten - go somewhere else "

"Even though it's an old style hotel, we had very comfortable room for our family and especially enjoyed the 2 onsen. I am told by local ladies that the spring water here is very beneficial for hair and skin. The breakfast was nice too."
