"The microwave in the room didn’t work. The shower in the room fell off the shower wall. The laundry room was very confusing and expensive. The exercise room was in the same room as the sauna. The breakfast was not tastey-raw bacon, not fresh fruit. The “bowls” were the same as the plates. The front desk employees were mostly extremely helpful while a couple of them were very rude and unhelpful. We were pleasant to the staff and spoke German to them in appropriate greetings for Bavaria. The one...

But there was the most horrific smell coming from the bathroom, I asked if they could fix it and they said they would. "The hotel was nice and it was an easy check in and check out process. The one reason I rate this hotel lower is because the air condition was virtually non-existent. It is advertised that this hotel has AC, but it doesn’t work. I had to open the window in the middle of the night and it provides very little airflow since the curtain is drawn over it. Not an ideal hotel for those who like a cooler room and airflow."

"My door handle fell off when I entered the room but I fixed it myself as the queue at check in was long. The noise every evening was ridiculous. The neighbourhood isn't "great" so there's lots of people singing talking, screaming, playing music..... But there's only 1 window and no air con, so you need it open to be able to sleep comfortably."
