One bathroom with a tub and a second with a shower. 5 minutes to the city center. Shopping is within walking distance. The Düsseldorf Trade Fair is a 25-minute drive away.

Living space

Very nice, quiet neighborhood in Oberhausen. La Grotta (Italian), the Bärengrill (french fry stand),
Kahn Ji (Indian) are all within a five-minute walk. There is plenty of parking available. The Centro is a 25-minute walk away. There’s also a bus stop almost right outside the door. Supermarkets like Rewe, Edeka, Aldi, Netto, and Pennymarkt are within walking distance. The apartment is very spacious and can accommodate six people. All rooms have large windows, making the apartment very bright and filled with natural light. The apartment is located in a turning circle, so no cars drive directly past the building. So it’s very quiet.

Quiet, green oasis near the city center/ (everything within a five-minute walk) CentrO, Seelife, Legoland, the König-Pilsener Arena, The Ash, l’osteria, the Meteronom Theater, the Gasometer, tree zwo tree Climbing Park, Oberhausen Castle with its zoo, and the Aquapark. Just 3–5 minutes from the A40, A42, and A3. Nice neighborhood.


Transportation

By car from the A3, A 40, and A 42 in five minutes. The train station is two kilometers away and accessible by bus. The bus stop is almost right outside the door, just one street over. Düsseldorf Airport is a 25-minute drive away and can be reached by train from the station in 20 minutes.
