"The staff spoke great English and were exceptionally helpful and patient with all of our questions and requests. The building is older and lacks air conditioning (very few places in the area seem to have it) but it is very clean. The older style wood finishings and stained glass windows are very charming. The coin laundry room in the basement was also very helpful. Overall this hotel seems to fit the vibe of the area perfectly. My partner and I would stay here again without hesitation!...

The resort is so quaint and charming, with the most beautiful Bavarian feel that made everything feel warm, cozy, and luxurious all at once. "The Hotel itself was very nice. The Bed was ok. Everything was clean. There was a language barrier between me and the clerk who could not understand everything we asked her. We called the desk several times and got no answer from the office. The restaurant closed very early on Saturday night and the Matre'd was not very accommodating. The Spa was nice and Nick did an outstanding job as our masseuse! Overall it was good but not great!"
